Annual maintenance is an integral part of ensuring a longer life-span for your gas appliances. Not only will a service make sure that the appliance is working at it's most efficient, it will also identify problems such as water leaks, low gas rates and faulty gas meter governors. Our skilled engineers can identify these problems and will look to repair most of them on the initial visit.

We make sure your boiler/fire is working at its most efficient by ensuring that it is burning the correct amount of gas, making sure there is sufficient supply of combustion air and the flue is removing all the POC's (products of combustion) away outside. If we find anything not quite right we will inform you and will help you in deciding how to rectify the problem.

A basic checklist for servicing is shown below:

	Check for gas tightness of the whole property to make sure there's no leaks
	Ventilation
	Flueways - chimneys for gas fires
	Gas Pressures
	Safe working of the appliance including safety controls
	Pipework
	Efficiency
	External controls such as pumps/motorised valves
	Expansion Vessels and Radiators
	Discussion with the customer to ensure the correct and most efficient way to run their system
